⚠ Important Notice

There is no online cancellation option for members after payment is made.

No claim of refund or discount shall be entertained due to unexpected circumstances beyond the control of the Club — including power failure, curfew, riots, government restrictions, civil unrest, war, etc.

In case of electricity failure, no additional power backup shall be provided by GSC.

Cancellation Charges

Same Day Cancellation

Cancellation made on the date of the function / check-in.

50%

One Day Prior

Cancellation made one day before the function / check-in date.

25%

Preponement / Postponement

Charges applicable for shifting, preponement, or postponement of booking.

Security Deposit Deductions

Security deposit refunds will be processed after the following applicable deductions are settled:

Balance refunded by cheque in the member's name.

Refunds, if any, after final settlement will be made by cheque only. The refund cheque will be issued in favour of the member in whose name the booking is registered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my booking online after payment?
No. There is no online cancellation option once payment has been completed. Please contact the Club office directly.

What are the cancellation charges?
75% of the booking amount is charged for same-day cancellations. Cancellations made one day prior attract a 50% charge. Preponement, postponement, or shifting of bookings attracts a 25% charge.

Will force majeure events qualify for a refund?
No. Events beyond the Club's control — including power failure, curfew, government restrictions, civil unrest, or war — are excluded from refund claims.

How is the security deposit refunded?
The security deposit is refunded after applicable deductions (extra usage, extension charges, valet, royalty, damages, etc.) are settled. The net balance is issued by cheque in the member's name.
