Cancellation / Refund Policy

There is no online cancellation option for the members after payment is made

Further, no claim of refund or discount shall be entertained due to unexpected circumstances beyond control of the club viz. power failure, curfew, riots, government restrictions, civil unrest, war, etc. In case of electricity failure, no additional power back up shall be provided by GSC.

Security Deposit Refund will be processed post applicable deductions as follows:

  Extra Usage and additional area or services

• 02.

  Charges Per Hour of any extension of banquet session

• 03.

  Valet Services

• 04.

  Royalty

• 05.

  Recovery towards damages (if any)

• 06.

  Any other applicable deductions.

Cancellation is allowed up to one day prior to the date of function / check-in as under:

Cancellation Charges (same day) – 75%

Cancellation Charges (one day prior) – 50%

Preponement / Postponement / Shifting Charges – 25%

Refunds, if any, after the final settlement will be made by cheque only. Refund will be made in favour of member in whose name booking is done.
